Tonchidot Corporation, (“Tonchidot”, “we” or “us”) places importance in treating your privacy
appropriately. This Privacy Policy covers how Tonchidot collects, uses, discloses, transfers, and
stores your information in the course of delivering our various mobile/internet services (“Services”)
to our users. Please familiarize yourself with our privacy practices outlined below, before using any
of our Services. If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us – information
is provided in the last section of this Agreement.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the respective Service Agreements for
our various Services. Your use of the Services and any Personal Information you provide on our
Services are subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy and Service Agreements.

1. Collection and Use of Personal Information
“Personal Information” refers to personally identifiable information (such as your name, mailing
address, telephone number, birthday, etc.) and other information associated with a particular person
(such as credit card numbers, gender, usage history, location, payments, personal connections, and
personal likes/dislikes).

We may collect certain Personal Information from you in the process of delivering various Services
to you. The Personal Information we collect are securely protected by standard industry methods,
and are treated in the same manner as we treat our own company’s confidential information. This

the mobile device that you use to access our Services. Please be aware that your mobile device
may even be located when the mobile application of our Service is not open and running in the
foreground of your device. However, your location may be displayed and shared with other users
only in accordance with your privacy settings, or only through certain actions you perform that
explicitly record and display location data within the Services.

2.4 Log Data:
When you use certain parts of our Service, we will automatically record information about
your usage, such as timestamp and location information of Content you post, view, or comment.

When you use our Services, including when you use our Services to post content on various third-
party social networking services, you will be able to show the name, photograph, and any other
Personal Information that you may have provided to us. This Personal Information will become

of our Services. You understand and agree that we are not liable for any harm and damages that
you may suffer as a result thereof. We therefore advise you that you do not post, disclose, or share
Personal Information that you do not wish to have public. When you deliberately provide and make

understand and agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from any and all claims, suits,

Our websites, products, applications, and services may contain links to third-party websites,
products, and services that we do not operate ourselves, or have any control over. Our products and
services may also use or offer products or services from third parties. Information collected by third
parties, that may include such things as location data or contact details, is governed by their privacy
practices. In these cases, we are not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices on these third-party
sites. When linking to another site, you should carefully read the privacy policy stated on that site. This
Privacy Policy only governs information collected on our Services.

8. Modifications to this Privacy Policy
We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time, and we will post any new versions on our web site.
If we make any material changes in the way we use your personal information, we will notify you
by prominently posting notice of the changes on our web site. Any such changes will be effective
immediately following our posting of notice of the changes on our web site. These changes will
also be effective immediately for new users of the Services. Your continued use of the Services
following the posting of any changes to the Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance to those changes.
